Welcome to Insight Bodyworks!

Welcome to Insight Bodyworks, the integrative bodywork and massage practice founded by Catherine Hupp in 2003.  With 20 years of professional practice and more than 8,000 clinical hours experience, Catherine assists clients of all ages  in greater wellness, decreased pain and stress reduction.  She employs an integrative and individualized approach, customized for each client’s needs and preferences.
 

Catherine is certified in a host of therapies including Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, and myofascial therapies from the highly regarded Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado (MTIC), where she was also a teaching assistant.  Beyond her initial 1,000 hours of training , she completed MTIC’s  Advanced Bodywork, Year II program in myofascial work, joint mobility, and structural integration. 
 

In 2012, she added Neurovascular Integration, a gentle and profound bodywork developed by Cathy Holway, DPT,  to her palette. Catherine is one of only a handful of NVI practitioners in the Rocky Mountain region.  She is available for consultation in her peaceful southeast Denver office as well as for client-site table & seated (chair) massage on a referral basis.
